Dear Residents of Primrose Gardens and Pavilion,

Fraser Health has rescheduled the vaccination clinics in Primrose Gardens AND Pavilion to TOMORROW, TUESDAY, JUNE 8TH.

The Dining Rooms will be open for lunch today, MONDAY. Please join us.

YOU WILL BE SERVED LUNCH IN YOUR SUITE, TUESDAY, JUNE 8TH DURING THE VACCINATION CLINIC.

All the same details in the former memo apply for Tuesday’s vaccination clinic.

Reminder: What do you need to bring?

  • Photo ID AND Health Care Card/BC Services Card (whatever card has your Personal Health Number on it)
  • Please wear your mask the whole time.
  • Wear a short sleeve shirt
