You are invited to join MENNO PLACE in the 2024 Canada Day Parade!
Date: July 1, 2024 – CANADA DAY
Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30am – Meet at Menno Hospital Roundabout – 09:00 AM enter the Parade Headquarters
What should you wear?
Wear your pink t-shirt – “If it Matter to You, It Matters to Me”
Add pink to your hair (bows, ribbons), pink pants, pink socks, pink shoes, pink makeup!
Cover yourself in flags and bows of red and white.
How can you join in the parade?
- Ride your bike (decorate your bike!)
- Walk along – bring kids in wagons, strollers or backpacks! (decorate your wagons and strollers!)
Go together to the Staging Area
11:00 AM Parade Starts
1:00pm Parade Ends
Bob’s Breakfast food truck will be onsite in the Parade staging lots from 7am to 11am.
We will be handing out suckers (candy) for the kids along the parade route.
