TOTAL COVID POSITIVE CASES = 5 (4 residents | 1 staff)

MOST RECENT COVID CASE = January 29, 2022

 

  • Twice daily symptom screening for staff and residents
  • Staff to wear masks and goggles
  • Symptomatic residents and residents who test positive are to be placed on isolation/droplet precautions.
  • Communal dining permitted
  • Group activities permitted
  • Social visits/essential visits can continue

 

PRIMROSE GARDENS: Off Monitoring! 05/22

NEW COVID POSITIVE CASES = 0

TOTAL COVID POSITIVE CASES = 16 (14 residents | 2 staff)

Dining re-opened on Saturday, Feb. 5/22.

 

 

THE APARTMENTS – 08/22

There is a new COVID positive staff member in the Apartments who has worked in more than one of the apartments. We are doing the contact tracing today with respect to whom this staff member was in contact with (staff and residents).

Protocols:
  • Twice daily symptom screening for staff and residents
  • Symptomatic residents isolated and swabbed
  • Asymptomatic residents are not isolated
  • No communal dining
  • No group activities
  • Staff to wear masks and goggles
  • Social visits/essential visits can continue
