HOME W2: Enhanced Monitoring until further notice
NEW COVID POSITIVE CASES = 1
TOTAL COVID POSITIVE CASES = 5 (2 residents | 3 staff)
Unfortunately, we have a second COVID positive resident on W2 Home.
Protocols:

Twice daily symptom screening for staff and residents
- Symptomatic residents isolated and swabbed
- Asymptomatic residents are not isolated
- Communal dining discontinued
- Group activities discontinued

Staff to wear masks and goggles until further notice

Social visits/essential visits can continue – one essential visitor and one social designated visitor per resident
HOME E1: Monitoring until further notice

THE APARTMENTS – PAVILION: Monitoring until further notice

TOTAL COVID POSITIVE CASES = 1 (1 resident | 0 staff)
Unfortunately, we have a new COVID positive case at Pavilion. The resident is isolated and we are providing enhanced cleaning in the building.
Protocols:
- Wellness check for COVID positive and any symptomatic residents
- Group activities continue
- Communal dining continues
- Visits continue – we ask that all visitors are vigilant about screening themselves when they enter the building – check for symptoms, wear a MEDICAL mask (provided), sanitize hands. Do not enter if you are sick.
