Unfortunately, we have a COVID positive resident on W2.
Protocols:

Twice daily symptom screening for staff and residents
- Symptomatic residents isolated and swabbed
- Asymptomatic residents are not isolated
- Communal dining resumes
- Group activities resumes

Staff to wear masks and goggles until further notice

Social visits/essential visits can continue – one essential visitor and one social designated visitor per resident
