COVID SYMPTOMS SCREENING QUESTIONS

Do you have any new or worsening* symptoms of COVID-19?

  • Fever or chills?
  • Cough?
  • Sore throat?
  • Extreme fatigue or tiredness?
  • Body aches? Muscle aches?
  • Diarrhea?
  • Difficulty breathing?
  • Loss of sense of smell or taste?
  • Loss of appetite?
  • Headache?
  • Nausea or vomiting?

Anyone with mild symptoms should be tested.

If you are unsure if you should be tested, call the Fraser Health Virtual Care team at 1-800-314-0999 between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.

*Symptoms should be new or worsening – ie: unrelated to or exacerbatio of known pre-existing medical condition (eg: allergies) or other circumstance (eg: muscle aches from aggrevation or injury). If it is unclear if the individual has a symptom, proceed as a YES.
