COVID Updates – Now available on the Family & Friends Website

Our Menno Place team has provided several years of daily communication that has required significant hours of overtime to communicate, including every post on a Saturday, Sunday or Stat holiday during this time. We recognize how important this has been for families and staff. We appreciate the dedicated work of our team who have made this possible.
As the province moves toward weekly reporting, we recognize that we also cannot continue with daily updates in the form that they have been reported. Instead, we have created a simplified tab chart that makes it easy for you to see a real-time update for the area of the campus that is most important to you.

Information that is specific to your loved one is available to the primary contact by phoning the unit nurse or the building receptionist.
We will continue to report on all significant changes, especially when family and friends may not have access to their loved ones if an Outbreak is called.
We will also post on our website the number of residents who have COVID and the corresponding Scenarios that outline the protocols required by the Medical Health Officer. These will be updated and posted on the Family and Friends website: www.MennoPlaceLife.com
