National Caregiver’s Day in Canada – April 1
1 in 4 Canadians over the age of 30 is a caregiver and an additional 1 in 3 expect to be providing care in the future. National Caregiver’s Day recognizes the incredible commitment, hard work, and heart of these caregivers. We see it on our campus every day.
We see you taking your loved one to another medical appointment.
We see you calling from across the country to say goodnight.
We see you keeping track of the paperwork and managing finances and filing taxes.
We see you smiling as you listen to a familiar story again.
We see you navigating moments that are heart-wrenching.
We see you slowing saying goodbye to the spouse, the parent, the sibling, the friend you love.
We see you sitting close by in the quiet that comes near the end.
We hear you say, “I love you. I love you. I love you,” a thousand different ways and we are honored to walk these roads with you.
Can we pray for you today? It would be our privilege to do that. Fill out the form below and know that our chaplains will take care of it.
