Dear Residents and Families,

At Menno Place, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life of our residents. Beginning September 10, 2026, we will be conducting a Resident Quality of Life Survey.

The survey will provide residents with an opportunity to share their experiences related to well-being, relationships, choice and decision-making, daily life, and overall satisfaction with living at Menno Place. Feedback will help guide improvements to our programs and services.

Residents will be supported to complete the survey as needed. All responses will remain confidential and reported anonymously.
