Long-Term Care: Gerry App Survey

Menno Home and Hospital in partnership with the family council is exploring the Gerry App, a smart-phone-based application, which would allow caregivers of residents in long-term care the ability to view important care information regarding their loved one in real-time.

Menno Home and Hospital is seeking input from care givers regarding their interest, questions, and concerns regarding this app. Please complete the survey; it only takes 5-10 minutes. Your feedback will help guide Menno Place in its decision-making process regarding the Gerry App. The Survey closes on February 28, 2026.
