Welcome Claire Colvin to the Communications Team!

I’m pleased to welcome Claire Colvin to the Communications Team. Claire’s background as a senior editor for an online magazine as well as her 20 years of Communications experience makes her the perfect addition to our team. Joining Danielle Kinvig, journalist and graphic designer, the Communications Team is an incredible compliment of well-rounded expertise.

Claire has served for 5 years as Receptionist at Terrace East, bringing compassion, skill and a generous spirit to all who have engaged with her in that role. Residents, families and co-workers have enjoyed her engaging sense of humour, her loving care and her practical help in that capacity.

We thank Claire for serving us well and congratulate her on this new, but familiar role. Her understanding of residents, families, a care environment and our staff pulse will ensure authentic and meaningful communications from her desk.

In Claire’s spare time, she is always reading something. She keeps an “emergency” book in her desk and in her car in case there is an opportunity to read. She has recently joined the leadership of Girl Guides and has discovered that, maybe, she likes camping after all!!!
