It’s that time of year for the sun to shine and for apartment suites to get a little toasty!

We ask that any resident or family member looking to purchase a portable air conditioning unit for a Menno apartment suite (Primrose Gardens, Terrace East, Terrace West & Pavilion), please contact one of the Reception desks or the Life Enrichment Coordinator for specific details on what kind of unit to buy and the installation policy at The Apartments.

We don’t want you to purchase a too large of unit (amps/BTU’s) that cannot be installed!

Any existing A/C unit that has previously been installed in the suite has no issues and can be reinstalled by our Maintenance Team at any time. Please contact any of the numbers below to put that request in.
