ACTION SHEETS -COVID IN MENNO APARTMENTS

These are the Action Sheets that we are using for residents to clarify the safety protocols required if they are COVID positive, exposed to someone with COVID or have symptoms of COVID.

When a resident fits one of the above categories, our team member will provide them with an action sheet that is completed with the dates of their exposure / positive test / symptoms and the resulting actions that need to be following according to current protocols provided to us by the Medical Health Officer (January 2022). These action sheets help residents to recall the information that will help them to stay safe. If your loved one wishes to share this with you, this can be arranged through Reception at the Apartments – 604.851.4000

These action sheets are subject to change based on the guidance from Fraser Health for assisted living (AL) and congregate living (IL) on a campus of care.
