On Wednesday, September 2nd, the elevators are scheduled for the required 5-year service testing. Richmond Elevator will be onsite. There are 5 elevators to test; we expect each test to take about 1 hour. Primrose Gardens and the elevators in Menno Home and Menno Hospital will not be affected.
The approximate times are as follows:
Terrace West: 9:00am – 10:00am
Pavilion: 10:00am – 11:00am (#1)
11:00am – 12:00 noon (#2)
Terrace East: 12:00 noon – 1:00pm (#1)
1:00pm – 2:00pm (#2)
Terrace West Residents: Please plan your schedule around this shutdown as there is only one elevator in your building. Please either come down early, or plan to wait in the bistro until the elevator testing is completed.
Pavilion and Terrace East Residents: You will always have access to one elevator during this testing period.
