Connecting with Staff and Voicemail Messages

We appreciate how important it is for you to speak with our staff in a timely fashion. On occasion, there may be times when your call is not immediately answered by a staff member. If this happens, please leave a voicemail message so that we can ensure your message is directed to the appropriate staff member and we can respond as soon as possible to you.

In order for us to call you back, please leave a voicemail message that includes:

  • Your name
  • Your loved one’s name (the resident)
  • Your message
  • A callback phone number

We are actively monitoring voicemail messages and the appropriate team member will return your call as soon as possible.
