MEMO: Sweeping and Washing of Parkade

We have a company contracted to come and sweep and wash both of our underground parkades.

Terrace East/West: Tuesday, May 26th, from approximately 8:00am – Noon.
Primrose Gardens: Wednesday, May 27th, from approximately 8:00am – Noon

Please arrange to have your car out of the parkade during this time.

It is permissible to park on the outside parking lot during this time – you do NOT need to pay for parking during this time.

If possible, residents with a scooter should move their scooter AND their charger. At bare minimum, chargers should not be left on the ground where they will get wet during the cleaning process.

As a reminder, no items are to be stored in your parking stall besides your vehicle. If you have any items in your parking stall, please clean them up promptly.

Additionally, no Menno Place Staff are authorized to assist you in moving your vehicle. If you need help, please contact your family/friend to assist.
