This award nominee can be any person who works within the Menno Place community who either consistently demonstrates, through their everyday presence or perhaps on a singular occasion in response to an emergency or traumatic event; bravery, honour, respect for others, genuine kindness, and self-awareness.
LIVING OUR VALUES
The Vision of Menno Place is to reflect God’s love by providing facilities and services that express our commitment to excellent resident and family-centred care which enables residents to live with hope and dignity. We do this by supporting and promoting the Values of Menno Place. These values are identified with the acronym S.E.R.V.I.C.E.
Stewardship | Excellence | Respect | Value Sanctity of Life | Innovation | Compassion | Encouragement
This award nominee can be any person who works within the Menno Place community who you believe consistently applies Menno Place’s values as their guiding compass. These values are Stewardship, Excellence, Respect, Values Sanctity of Life, Innovation, Compassion and Encouragement.
BEST LEADER
This award nominee can be any formal or informal leader within the Menno Place community. For example, they may be a manager, peer or Union or Employee Association representative. This is an opportunity to recognize what is meaningful to you in modern leadership practice and acknowledge the many ways leadership can be demonstrated.
