Menno Place Memorial & Butterfly Release 2026
Honouring Our Loved Ones
Join Menno Place in honouring the precious lives of those who’ve passed away between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.
The memorial service will be hosted in the Menno Hospital Chapel at 1:00 pm. The Butterfly Release will follow immediately afterwards in the Menno Place Courtyard at 2:30 pm. The service will also be livestreamed across campus and here on our website. We hope you will join us for these special events.
Free Parking
Parking on the Menno Place campus will be free on Friday, June 12th for the events. There will be additional parking available down the street at Peace Lutheran Church (1.5 blocks away at the corner of Marshall Rd & Ware St).
Finding The Chapel
To get to the chapel, look for the roundabout in front of Menno Hospital. Go in through the Menno Hospital main doors and you’ll see the elevator across the lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor and turn left. You’ll see a skywalk on your right. Walk across the skywalk and you’ll be in the chapel.
